  • At Katerina Bulgakova Zurich you are purchasing items of our own design and expertly curated items of finest masters and artists.

    Prices on the website are determined in CHF. If you are purchasing items outside of Switzerland, VAT will be excluded and has to be calculated and paid during custom.

  • All prices are determined in CHF and we accept payments only in CHF. You can use built-in currency calculator on site to estimate price in other currency.

  • Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email.

  • The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order and delivery cost and time estimation. The order acknowledgement will display the delivery address if you have provided it correctly during order placement. On this stage you can correct your delivery address.

  • We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can track your delivery by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

  • We currently ship to Switzerland, E.U, U.K, USA and Emirates.

  • Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the product/availability/delivery provider.

    We provide you an estimate delivery cost and time withing 2 working days after you place your order on our website.

    • Products available

    Products in stock are generally shipped within five working days, this time may vary depending on the delivery address.

    • Custom made products

    Products made to order will be shipped according to their manufacturing time, which varies depending on the product. This estimation time is indicated on the detailed product description page.

    Please note that we do not accept returns and/or refunds for individually customized products. Please read our Return policy.

    You can request a preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your request however please note that no guarantee can be given as many factors can influence a delivery.
